... and be ready to do your own tech support.I had to install the HP support software to find the serial and model number. At first, HP support website would not recognize the unit. I finally got to a screen indicating the HP site believed the unit was registered in Malaysia. I’m in the US. Still can’t get the original configuration of the unit and the model number doesn’t report in the HP system.The back of the unit is severely gouged. Very frustrating.

Charger/Apapter was not powerful enough. Once I replaced charger everything improved

I hope the shows up on the particulars seller account. It was a great deal because although listed as refurbished as near as I could tell it was apparently brand new, complete with a point of sale credit card reader holder.The only negative aspect which really didn’t matter for me, it had installed a special version of Windows 10 that doesn’t allow you access to the SD card or the camera etc.So as long as you got an extra copy of windows 10 hang around it’s an absolutely great little device. I needed something tiny to run FileMaker Pro developer version in the field.

Great size perfect for my application. Orders in October, just started using it because I just received the balance of the equipment. Doesn’t hold a charge. Now I’m hoping that getting a battery will fix it. Very disappointed. Won’t power up even when plugged in.

Excellent packaging. Unit was pristine. Better than expected. All as described. Seller was great and received before expected date.

I updated bios software now after rebooting, the tablet is asking for administrator password. I never put password on bios settings. It won’t accept my account password either. Asked the seller about the password but it’s almost a month no response at all. Send another email no answer still. HP support not helpful even in resetting the tablet and putting fresh windows 10 home. Very frustrating.
