This is an expensive but quality device.  Can it handle in-circuit caps (discharged), and is there a good manual for non-engineers?

Hello: I bought my unit about 4 yrs ago. there was not a good manual. I am guessing you can go on line and find a manual. I would not recommend this for a non engineer. It can be used for in circuit cap testing, however it might not be accurate depending on the type of circuit.
