Packaging: These arrived in a neat little box inside which was a nice plastic case that held the different sided nasal dilators. The approximate diameter of the nostril dilators are:Xtra small: 0.8CMSmall: 1.1CMMedium: 1.4CMLarge: 1.7CMUse: I have a deviated septum and this causes me issues sleeping at night. The chance to test these was great. Maybe they could fix my issue of struggling to breathe at night without surgery? One thing is for certain is they do the job they’re designed for. Sizing can be a little tricky, in mu case I was between sizes, the smaller didn’t quite open enough and the bigger was like trying to put a cork in a bottle.After a few nights sleep I can safely say they definitely open your nose and allow you to breathe easier. However in my case it sadly doesn’t solve my breathing difficulties. It most definitely helps but not as much as I’d hoped. They can take a little time to get used to but I was surprised I didn’t find it that distracting/uncomfortable to have in my nose at first. In the morning my nose did feel a little achy. Till early afternoon I could still feel the sensation when the dilators have been in my nose.Final Thought: I think these are great for people with “normal” noses and can help you to breathe better. One things of note is these will not open up your sinuses. These cycle on a roughly 30 min-6 hour cycle between each nostril and this is natural. The only way to open your sinuses would be to use a steroid spray. Long term use is not recommended and while these help they do not solve the underlying problem.I’d also be carful on what size you choose, too big can be uncomfortable and too small might not be that effective.

Would be miraculous if something like this could really improve sleep. In reality, they do somewhat hold the nostrils more open, but can't help with other issues around breathing. At least there are different size ones to try out before you commit to purchase some for ongoing use. Probably most useful for exercise or relaxation.

I got the small, but my nostrils are extra small, so the pressure after a minute was super uncomfortable. I'm still a super fan of WoodyKnows, but I had not tried this design. This design and size doesn't work for me personally, so the will be passed to my teens, who did not inherit my freakishly small nostrils.If extra small is ever made in this design, I'm all in

Ma moitié était très intéressée, et moi intriguée, nous l'avons donc pris pour tester.Première impression : les 4 tailles différentes sont intéressantes. Mais dans la pratique, les tailles M et L paraissent vraiment énormes, au point de se demander quelle proportion de la population parviendra à les utiliser. Dans tous les cas, entre chaque taille la différence de taille est véritablement flagrante et pour peu qu'on ait un nez "entre deux", c'est compliqué de trouver un dilatateur adapté. On y arrive, mais au détriment soit du confort quand c'est un peu trop grand, soit de l'efficacité quand c'est un peu trop petit.Mais il reste à les tester en circonstances : au lit ! Hélas, après deux semaines entières de tentatives, il s'est avéré que même si effectivement ça aide un peu à la respiration (pratique quand on est enrhumé), l'effet sur les ronflements n'a pas su convaincre. Dans notre cas, ni l'intensité ni la fréquence des ronflements n'a baissé de manière significative. Tout juste "un peu" mais sans plus.De plus, il est arrivé plusieurs fois que ces dilatateurs s'échappent pendant la nuit, comme quoi le problème des narines "entre deux" dimensions peut vite devenir pénible. Et à contrario, quand nous optons pour la sécurité avec un dilatateur plus grand, on se retrouve parfois avec l'intérieur des narines tout irrité au petit matin...Pour le nettoyage, la matière se nettoie plutôt bien. Mais la forme de ces dilatateurs les rend compliqués à nettoyer correctement (manuellement).Bilan : assez mitigé, tant au niveau des tailles pas toujours adaptés, que de l'efficacité pour ce qui est des ronflements ou encore de l'entretien. Ce produit n'est pas mauvais pour autant, juste pas adapté à tout le monde.

I dilatatori nasali vengono spediti in una scatolina di cartone al cui interno c’è un contenitore di plastica trasparente che contiene 4 dilatatori di dimensione diversa (versione Prova) e un piccolo manualetto.I dilatatori sono in materiale anallergico, morbido ma allo stesso tempo conservano a forma tonda, allargando i canali nasali per migliorare la respirazione. Tra le varie misure (XS, S, M, L) mi sono trovato bene con la S, mentre la L sembra davvero esagerata.Ho problemi di ipertrofia dei turbinati che provocano sensazione di naso chiuso anche quando non sono raffreddato; in inverno, come in questo periodo, se arriva anche il raffreddore per me è una tortura, specie di notte. Normalmente utilizzo i cerotti nasali, e ho deciso di provare anche i dilatatori, e indossandoli di sera prima di andare a letto, nonostante il raffreddore (in via di guarigione) sono riuscito a riposare meglio e non mi sono svegliato con la gola secca dovuta alla respirazione con la bocca. Appena indossati sono leggermente fastidiosi, ma dopo un minuto quasi non li sento più e respiro molto meglio.

Ich habe ein Kunststoffkästchen mit 3 Fächern und 3 Nasendilatatoren erhalten.Diese haben einen Durchmesser von ca. 0,8 sowie 1,4 und 1,7mm.0,8mm ist viel zu klein und 1,4mm ist zu groß. 1,7mm natürlich dann sehr viel zu groß.Entweder fällt es raus oder ich bekomme es erst garnicht rein.Schön wäre eine Größe von ca. 1,1mm gewesen, denn der Sprung von 0,8 auf 1,4 ist meines Erachtens zu groß. Doch so passen alle 3 nicht.Wie der Tragekomfort sein könnte, weiß ich demnach nicht. Ich gebe jedoch zu bedenken, dass sich das Material fester anfühlt als vom Nasanita Nasenflügel. Nasanita biegt sich ausserdem auseinander, sodass es besser anpassungsfähig ist. Doch diese Nasendilatatoren von WoodyKnows sind aufgrund des runden Designs und des festeren Materials aus meiner Sicht weniger anpassungsfähig.Es muss also die richtige Größe sein. Bei Amazon steht zwar was von 4 Größen aber ich habe nur 3 Größen erhalten in einer Packung mit 3 Fächern.3 von 3 passen demnach nicht und ein Test zum Tragekomfort ist daher nicht möglich. Eine Zwischengrösse von ca. 1,1mm wäre schön gewesen. Der Sprung von 0,8 auf 1,4mm ist für meine Zwecke zu groß.Da offensichtlich aber 4 Größen verkauft werden und in meiner Packung jedoch nur 3 waren, bleibt die Frage, ob die mögliche vierte Größe dann vielleicht gepasst hätte???So bleiben jedoch Bedenken aufgrund des möglichen Tragekomforts und des Nutzens, also ob die Nase weit genug gespreizt wird. Dieses Set aus 3 Nasendilatatoren ist jedenfalls für meine Größe nicht geeignet.
