Good protein source, it tastes amazing and doesn’t clump with the caffeine boost in the morning. It’s a great choice, low in calories, and has a smooth texture. It’s also good for weight loss and muscle gain.

It’s much better cold. The shake seems okay, the taste is okay, it’s not clumpy, it doesn’t have a weird smell and I like that it has a minimal amount of sugar. My main gripe with this product is that it just doesn’t work to keep you full to any degree. I don’t know if it’s because of how small it is or what but if I’m having a protein shake I should want to eat shortly after because I’m unsatisfied, I could have just eaten the protein to begin with. I also have the Soylent shakes and while they don’t carry 30g of protein they do curb my appetite in the mornings, so I’m not hungry until lunch time when I can and should have some solid proteins. For now I’m on a pre sleeve diet (only liquids) and will continue that diet two weeks after surgery for safety reasons. So feeling fulfilled while staying at my calorie limit is crucial and ensure just doesn’t hit that mark, even when I’m filling up on water before or after. I’d need to drink 6 a day to hit my minimum calorie requirement (800) and that leaves me with 180g of protein everyday which is ridiculous. With Soylent I only need 3 a day to hit my 800-1000 daily goal and I’ll still feel fulfilled with little to no hunger pains. I bought the ensure so I’m going to drink it, I just won’t buy it again. It might work best for what you need though.

Delicious!!! I brew coffee onto a mug the night before and put it in the fridge. The next morning, I add this Cafe Mocha Ensure to the chilled regular coffee from the fridge. Tastes like an expensive drink from baristas, plus it's healthy and an added pick me up to start your day! I absolutely love this brand and flavor!!!

We used ensure Max protein 32 g of protein for a long time. Taste was great but then something happened ... they changed the formula and started watering it down (is what it tasted like) and we ordered a couple of times after that and it was also watered down ...not the thick wonderful chocolate ice cream shake taste we had experienced earlier! Nothing worse than thin watery chocolate drink !

Great refreshing taste and texture. Decent ingredients and they're great to mix with your coffee.

My new favorite! Rich flavor… perfect by itself and added to my morning coffee as a creamer.
