Good fertility support formulation
This is a high quality fertility and mitochondrial support formula with good ingredients. From a formulation standpoint, there is a lot to like here. The methylfolate plus folinic acid combination is excellent, 100 mg CoQ10 is a solid baseline dose, and the NAC, alpha lipoic acid, D-chiro-inositol, and glutathione make this a really nice combo supplement for oxidative stress and egg quality support. I also like that they used methylfolate instead of basic folic acid. The bigger issue is the dosing on a few of the core fertility ingredients. I would personally prefer more than 100 mg CoQ10, since 200 to 300 mg tends to make more sense for this type of use, and 100 mg D-chiro-inositol is also on the low side compared to more targeted fertility formulas. The overall quality is still excellent and the ingredient synergy makes sense. This is one of those formulas where the combination is the main reason to buy it, especially if you want methylfolate, antioxidant support, and mitochondrial ingredients all in one capsule. Overall this is a really solid fertility support formula with high quality ingredients and a nice all-in-one design. I would personally prefer higher CoQ10 and inositol dosing, but the formulation quality is still strong and the combo approach makes it a convenient option.

Clean, easy-to-take supplement with thoughtful ingredients for women’s health
I’ve been incorporating Vitanica Ovum A.M. into my routine, and so far, I really like how simple and well-formulated it is. It’s nice to find a supplement that focuses on antioxidant support and overall egg health without feeling overly complicated. The ingredient list is a big plus. It includes things like CoQ10, resveratrol, alpha lipoic acid, and glutathione, all known for their antioxidant benefits. I also appreciate the addition of vitamin D and methylated folate, which feels like a thoughtful touch for women focusing on reproductive health. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong taste or aftertaste, which makes it easy to stay consistent. I also like that it’s vegan, which isn’t always the case with supplements like this. It pairs with the Ovum P.M. version, which seems like a well-rounded approach if you’re following a more complete routine, but even on its own, it feels like a solid addition. If I had one small note, it’s that like most supplements, it’s not something where you see immediate results, it’s more about consistency over time. Overall, this is a clean, high-quality supplement that feels thoughtfully designed for women’s health, especially if you’re looking to support your body with antioxidant-rich ingredients.

Thoughtful ingredient blend, but best for those who know what they’re looking for
This supplement has a very interesting formula with ingredients like CoQ10, resveratrol, alpha lipoic acid, glutathione, and vitamin D, which makes it stand out from more basic women’s health supplements. I like that it’s vegan and focused on antioxidant support, which may appeal to women who are specifically looking for this type of product. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that supplements like this are a bit niche, and results are not something you can judge immediately. It’s the kind of product that makes more sense for someone who has already researched these ingredients and knows why they want them. Overall, the formula looks thoughtful and well targeted, but it may not be the best fit for everyone.

Great ingredients
My husband and I are currently trying for kids, and I can’t wait to start using this supplement. I’ve been very intentional about supporting my body during this stage, and this formula feels especially well thought out and purposeful. The ingredient list is what really sold me. I appreciate that it includes methylated folate (L-5-MTHF) rather than standard folic acid, which is easier for the body to use and supports healthy embryonic development from the very beginning. The addition of vitamin D is also reassuring, as it plays a key role in hormone balance and overall reproductive health—something many women are unknowingly low in. I also love the strong antioxidant focus. Alpha lipoic acid and resveratrol help protect egg cells from oxidative stress, which is so important when supporting egg quality. Glutathione, often called the body’s master antioxidant, really stands out to me—it supports healthy cellular function at a deep level, which feels especially relevant when preparing the body for conception. Knowing these antioxidants are included gives me confidence that this supplement is working on more than just the basics. The fact that it’s a clean, vegan capsule designed specifically for morning use makes it easy to incorporate into my daily routine, especially when paired with the evening formula for full-day support. It feels intentional rather than generic. Knowing this was created by Vitanica, a company dedicated solely to women’s health and guided by the expertise of Dr. Tori Hudson, gives me even more confidence in the quality and research behind it. I’m genuinely excited to try this and hopeful it will be a supportive part of our fertility journey.

Antioxidant focused supplement designed to support egg quality and embryo development
A focused supplement designed to support egg quality. This is a combination that provides antioxidant support, as well as other benefits. It is vegan, containing vitamin D-3, the better form of vitamin D, from lichen. Methylated folate and folinic acid, forms of vitamin B-9, which do not have to be converted by your body, like folic acid does. N-acetyl cysteine, an amino acid that has protective benefits. It is one of the components of L-glutathione, a strong antioxidant known as the master antioxidant, which is also included. It's the most effective way to raise glutathione levels. The L-glutathione included is in the reduced form, which while still having low bioavailability, is better than L-glutathione in the non-reduced form. It has the antioxidants alpha lipoic acid and CoQ10, which also have other benefits. It has D-chiro inositol, a B vitamin family member, which may be better than inositol. And, sometimes specifically used for women's health. And resveratrol, a polyphenol famously in red grapes. There are 30, one per day, capsules. It's vegan, gluten free and non GMO. With the only other ingredients being the vegan capsule, calcium laurate, and silica, which keeps the capsule contents free flowing. And, importantly, I can trust the quality of this supplement

High-Quality Supplement with Thoughtful Ingredients
This supplement stands out because of its well-rounded ingredient profile. It includes a combination of antioxidants and nutrients that are commonly associated with supporting overall wellness, and everything feels thoughtfully formulated rather than thrown together. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that it’s vegan-friendly, which makes it accessible to a wider range of users. The quality also seems consistent, which is something I always look for in supplements. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a supplement with a strong ingredient lineup and reliable quality.

Professional grade antioxidant support with premium ingredients
I picked this up for my aunt, and it is a very impressive formula for anyone looking for targeted antioxidant support. Vitanica is a well-respected brand, and this "A.M." formula is packed with heavy hitters like Resveratrol, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), and Glutathione—often called the body's "master antioxidant." One of the best things about this supplement is the quality of the nutrients. It uses the methylated form of folate (L-5-MTHF), which is much easier for the body to absorb and use than standard folic acid. It also includes Vitamin D, CoQ10, and N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, making it a very comprehensive morning supplement for cellular health and vitality. +1 The capsules are vegan and standard in size, so they are easy to take with breakfast. It’s a 30-day supply that is non-GMO and gluten-free. Knowing that it was formulated by a specialist in the field gives us a lot of confidence in the purity and effectiveness of the ingredients. If you’re looking for a clean, professionally formulated supplement for women's health, this is a top-tier choice.

Capsules are a little bit large but ingredients seem clean
This product arrived with a safety seal intact on the outside of the cap and inside as well. When I opened it, there was a faint acidic smell that was not unpleasant. The capsules are kind of big...not the thin small ones, but a size or two bigger, and they are bright yellow-orange like turmeric. Each bottle contains 30 servings, and the ingredients are as follows: Vitamin D3, Folate (methylated), Folinic acid, N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, Alpha Lipoic acid, D-Chiro-Inositol, Coenzyme Q10, L-Glutathione, Resveratrol. The label says it's formulated to exclude preservative binders, artificial colorings or flavorings, sugars, lactose, salt, wheat, gluten, soybeans, milk derivatives, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish. They recommend to avoid using it during nursing or chemotherapy treatment. My product has an expiration date 2 years in the future.
