whole grain medley -- what is salt/sodium content per package. Are there preservatives, etc., in it?

Sodium is 690mg per serving, two servings per pouch, each about 1 cup. When I make dishes such as szechuan pork I omit the salt to compensate for the salt in this rice. Ingredients are: water, whole grain parboiled brown rice, whole grain red rice, wild rice, canola and/or sunflower oil, hydrolyzed soy/corn/wheat protein, lower sodium sea salt, yeast extract, sugar, vegetables (garlic, onion, parsley, celery, spinach), salt, autolyzed yeast extract, yeast, spices, natural flavoring and smoke flavoring.
