It’s wonderful to stir into hot coffee I add a little oat milk. I think it’s a bit of a mood enhancer and I’ll keep using it!

I had bought this exact adaptogenic protein from a local shop and loved it, but when they stopped ordering it, I looked to Amazon. I would mix it into a smoothie with frozen berries, peanut butter and almond/cashew milk. It was the perfect on the go, satisfying breakfast solution! When I ordered here, I found a bit of a different flavor and I thought maybe the seal on the jar was different than what I had received when buying from an authorized local source, but can't quite remember. The flavor of this jar is kind of chalky...even with all the other things in the smoothie. Weird! I just wonder if it is fresh or somehow exposed to the wrong temperature. I'm still going to try to use it..but the chalk flavor is hard to cover up. Using it originally...I really enjoyed the health benefits of more energy and felt like I was able to focus more clearly.

A friend had recommended I take Adaptogenes so I looked for them and found this combination. Since then my mood has been more balanced and my skin better. I’m also taking collagen and changed my diet since taking these so not 100% sure what caused it exactly but I do think this product is helping me be more focused, balanced and energetic.

If you are looking for a high quality protein powder, this is it! It dissolves well and tastes great. I use about 3-4 times a week in my smoothie and it keeps me full until lunch. It also helps with my stress level....I notice days that I don't take it my stress level is higher with the same amount of activities in my life. I highly recommend.

When I opened the bottle I realized the bottle I received had the wrong bar code on it. Unfortunately I had already opened it so cannot return it.
