What is the stopper material?

The stopper is made of PE material

Can these be used without the stopper and still have good seal? Plan to use with enamel paints, seems like it would be messy to use.

10ml and 20ml vial are equipped with seal gasket in screw plastic cap, it is still leak proof without the stopper, but we recommend that you use the stopper.
