It’s in fantastic Hoover it picks up all the pet hairI would buy the Hoover again

Quite a light weight hoover which is good when have to carry it. Recently had some new carpets and it manages well to suck up all the fluff. Have a dog aswell and so far has coped well with picking up all the hair. The power cord is positioned in a better place as my previous hoover one was at the bottom of the hoover and I was always tripping over it.

We bought this because it was a Which Best Buy with really good scores for dealing with hard floors and pet hair. We live next door to some stables so there is always a lot of dirt and dust around, especially when we have the windows open in the summer. We also have a dog, a long haired cat, a house rabbit and a gerbil - so the house is always full of pet hair and bedding. I needed a good hoover to deal with all of the pet issues and the fact that we only have hard floors downstairs.It is reasonably light weight but that does not mean it is easy to manoeuvre - it’s actually quite cumbersome. The lead is not long enough so I have to move the plug into 4 different sockets to deal with our living room. It seems to blow the dust and dirt around rather than hoover it up. In order to use any of the attachments you have to remove one pipe and add another one. This in itself isn’t too bad but when using it as an upright hoover the attachment pipe keeps falling off when it is supposed to be secured in place on the hoover. The attachments are flimsy and not terribly effective. It is, however, easy to empty and you can empty it without it creating a dust cloud that then needs hoovering up!All in all, I really cannot work out why it was given a Which Best Buy as it is, quite frankly, the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever had.

Only had a few weeks, seems OK.,suction not amazing but good enough for the price. So far so good, will. Wait and see how long it takes before it breaks down.

I like the fact it has a long enough hose and attachments so l can use it on the stairs without worrying whether it will fall down it's great for high up cleaning and it's quiet

This is an okay hoover for the price – just. It’s heavier that you’d expect and feels a bit cheap, and it can be a pain to change the attachments when needed. The suction is okay and it gets up dog hairs mostly, but sometimes have to go over the area a couple of times. It does what it needs to for a reasonable price, but there are other, better, products available at this price point. Not recommended.

It's a very cumbersome vacuum, once all put together and vacuuming the hose tends to keep falling off it's mount and getting in the way . The suction is quite poor and it's filter breaks easily when trying to clean it ! I would not recommend this vacuum for a working household with pets as stated in the description.
