Very spicy as it should be, but the flavor doesn’t last so much. Tastes very good.

I tried many Trident flavours and this is the one I come back to all the time. The gum itself is more tender than, say, Strawberry or Tropical fruits, and it lasts much longer. The flavour is not cloying and really does taste of watermelon. By far the best gum I have tried so far, it's worth the price.

UPDATE: There is an emerging body of evidence that Sugar Alcohols [erythritol, xylotol, etc] increase the risks of blood clotting and heart problems. I hve been avoiding buying any foods with these ingredients in them and so I have binned the rest of these Trident Cinnamon gums, as they are sweetened with an unspecified Sugar Alcohol [and quite a large amount of it too!]Just not worth the health risk, in my opinion.ORIGINAL: Love the taste of these. I hate mint and it's almost impossible to find a sugar free chewing gum that isn't mint flavour [or something equally as sickly]. This gum has a really nice spicy cinnamon flavour.Unfortunately that mint-avoiding rarity [and the fact these are imported from America] means the price is astronomical. It feels ridiculous to pay so much for some chewing gum. But "needs must" and all that.Price aside, my other main complaint about this gum is that it goes slimy very quickly. There are 14 sticks in every packet and I'm not a massive gum chewer. So a packet lasts me a fair while. Unfortunately, within a few days of being opened, the gum begins to "sweat" [I'm assuming it's because of the cinnamon oil it contains], so that each piece becomes quite slimy and unpleasant to unwrap. It doesn't affect the taste, but it's not very appetising to look at or handle.If you go through your gum at a quicker rate than me, this problem might not arise. But if you're the kind of person who pops a packet in a coat pocket or handbag so it's handy whenever you fancy a chew, then you might find this a bit off-putting.

Nice gum, brings back oldskool memories, shame about the artificial flavour, why not use the real thing hey I wonder?

In the 70s and 80s Trident fruit flavored gum was quite good. Then came the peach. Must be a worldwide sale on peach flavor. No matter what they show on the package. It’s shows orange as the prominent flavor. It’s peach. It’s shows a kiwi. It’s peach. Behind the kiwi is a tiny pic of a peach. Get real. This is peach flavored gum. Any trident that passes itself off as “citrus “ is going to be peach. Three stars for lying. Cmon guys. Enough with the peach thing….

I enjoy chewing gum, it helps me digest my food easier. I usually buy what I can find reasonably priced. Thats how I got this flavor.
