I found this book through my research into the subject and looking for self help therapies.If I'm honest, I do feel a bit of a pratt making a scrap book like k this, but it's really helped me order my thoughts, spot patterns in my upbringing and is a joy to put together. It's, sadly, quite American but that can be seen past. It's prompted thoughts and I like that it asks for unconventional things like songs or foods which have helped me cope or bring back memories. Its not devisive but seeks to incorporate old and new family, although doesn't force it and gives various options.I should advise I bought it for much less on ebay - it seems quite expensive here right now.Overall I've been surprised at how much its helped me deal with my situation and I'd recommend it for anyone trying to make sense of tangled families.
