I had two nephews visiting recently (ages 16 and 12) and they loved this dressing. I shipped 6 bottles to their Mom (my sister). When I called to tell her they were on the way, she said, "The boys talked about a great dressing at your house! I meant to ask you what it was." Well, they received the dressing and it has been a big hit in their household as well as ours. It's slightly sweet, as you might expect, but not too sweet. And if it gets teenagers to eat more salad...that's a good thing.

This dressing was awful! Oily taste and not close to the dressing served at Japanese restaurants. Sadly, I purchased 6 bottles & they all went straight to the garbage can.

Does not taste like ginger dressing that’s served in the Japanese restaurants. Actually, it’s horrible.

Had a nice dinner planned with edamame, salad with miso ginger dressing, and sesame crusted ahi tuna nigiri. We both took about two bites of salad tossed with this dressing, looked at each other, and agreed we could just throw away the salad part. It was tasteless, and after seeing that the first ingredient is water, it made sense. I've had good miso dressing imitations like at sushi restaurants before in grocery stores, this is not one. It's 6$ for a smaller bottle that tastes like water, oil, a little vinegar, and 1% the rest of the ingredients.

The product is saltier than other products and is a smaller bottle for the price. Only tastes like sesame oil.
