Lovely toilet seat but one of the diamonte was missing so bit disapointed

Bought few years ago now & as perfect now as day fitted it. Excellent quality & attractive toilet seat.

Does not appear to be soft close as extensively advertised. Did not fully unpack because of possible return issues. We had a soft close before & these fittings do not appear to be soft close. Other reviews confirm the same, which I very much regret not looking at earlier. Also appears to be poor quality & not what we expected to receive. Have immediately returned. Be careful when ordering this as you could be very disappointed .

it does not soft close, it just slammed shut whats that about, why was i sent this one as it does not soft close do you think it could be the fittings are wrong.

Looks a bit tacky, diamanté’s and paintwork uneven.

This toilet seat broke within weeks of use. 2 of the screws holding the wood (MDF) to the metal fittings fell out. I e-mailed the seller and she said it was my fault that I had not fitted it properly. It was not the fittings that was the main problem it the was screws! A couple of weeks later more screws came out and I ended up nearly on the floor! I'm at work 12 hours a day, 5 days a week and I'm often away at weekends visiting my family, ergo, I do not use the toilet that much - unlike a typical family of 3-4!I would NOT recommend this for anyone!!!

The measurements needed to be given to ensures it sits on the seat, comfortable.
