They Get the Job Done
They work great, there is no need to pay more for other brands when these do the job for such a good price. Also, since these come in a pack of two, you can really get by with using these on two separate bikes. Since they really only stop the linear force from the chain, you only need to install the tensioner on the drive side (the one with the chain) of the frame. When installing the tensioner, the flat side should face outward with the wheels nut being placed on after. Only tighten it a little bit at a time and then match the change by moving the other side of the wheel in the dropout. This will ensure that you do not over tighten the chain, losing performance. The trick is to minimize the slack in the chain, which will help with control and responsiveness, without making the chain too tight and slowing your bike down. A loose chain is much faster than a stiff one.

Works as expected
Just as I expected. I think the built in washers could be a bit thinner and the guides a hair thinner. It gets a little tight when putting it into the dropouts and my nuts are tight but not as far onto the axle as I would like. The functionality is great. I do now have to carry a 10mm wrench as these things make it impossible to remove the rear tire in the result of a flat. anti-theft feature? But these do reduce the time it takes me to replace a rear flat, my best time so far is 15 minutes from flat to ride, where as before It would take me 15 minutes alone to get the chain tension correct after fixing the flat.

Strong and functional
I bought this for my son who kept kick the chain off of his BMX bike on our local trails. Took 10min to install and it worked great. I liked it so much, we bought a 2nd one for my other son's bike!

Well constructed but bolt too short
Sturdy built but bolt was 2mm too short to reach, had to turn.

Not for my frame, but usable.
These were not intended for my particular frame, (my drop outs face forward) there is no way to adjust them with the bolt and nut. They did fit my drop outs, and I am able to adjust my chain a little side to side, and center my wheel. Fit and finish is excellent.

Darn near perfect
Package showed up on time.Tensioners were exactly what they were described to be.So far, everything is working fine.I just wish they were made with an Allen screw or something. That tiny little bolt works well, but it's just so inconvenient

Nicely made pieces that are a good value
Nicely made pieces that are a good value. Works with standard 10mm rear axles. On my frame, the leading edges of the part did not match the curvature at the front of my track ends, which prevented me from using the first 3-5mm of my dropout length. An important note: each tensioner adds 3.5mm to your axle spacing, as they are meant to be installed on the inside of the dropout face- for some frames this may require a significant amount of dropout "spreading", as your final rear spacing will be roughly 127mm. Possible downsides to this: your rear axle may be too short to give your nuts good purchase on the threads once installed, your frame may not like being spread 7mm, and if you choose to only run tensioner, your chainline will be slightly skewed. Possible upsides to this: these may have a great use doubling as a spacer for road bike fg/ss conversions, as the gap to standard 130mm rear spacing will be very small.

Buen producto
Definitivamente es un un buen producto. Aunque es una pieza sencilla puede facilitar mucho la tarea de alienar la rueda y ajustar la tensión de la cadena. Recomendable.

A little thick but works well, It comes with a locknut and looks a lot more slick that some competitive options.if the inside rib was a semi circle you could get about 5mm more travel. (if you're handy with a file you can do it yourself.)
