Excellent item, nice handle, good flexible blade. This is a similar item to a knife i recently lost and am delighted to find a almost identical product.

Beautifully made and reasonably priced. I bought this to use in sculpture. It is not exactly what I want, a bit too stiff to use as a pallet knife, but a tiny fraction of the price of AIT stainless steel japanese pallet knives listed here, which are virtually the same thing. Oh, yeah bakers are poor, all artists are rich. :) I will try taper grinding it to get more flexibility.

Se ve resistente y bien hecho. Vivo en la playa y no se ha oxidado con el uso. Lo volvería a comprar.

A really good spatula for the cake decorator and sandwich maker. A great help when either activity becomes an assembly line with many options. I use mine a lot.
