This syringe worked really well for me. I used it with water after applying ear oil, and it helped flush everything out very effectively. It was easy to use, and I was able to remove everything without much effort. It honestly worked much better than I expected, and I’m very happy with it. Important tip: Before using it, I recommend boiling the water thoroughly to help kill bacteria, then letting the water cool down to approximately body temperature before using it. I had a very stubborn clog in my left ear, and this didn't clear it alone. However, using Peroxide and flushing with this product for a few days, my ear is now normal, with each application and flush improving my condition twice a day. It works well to clean inside the ear in general I think! Recommended, although depending on how bad the clog is, don't expect it to solve the problem without peroxide or another alternative!

Be very careful. Ive been to the doctors a couple of times and they kept saying my left ear was completely clogged. So I got this thinking it would help. I feel like it got some wax out but my ear drum hurts sooo bad and I have a headache and Im really dizzy. I did this in the morning and its now late afternoon and my ear feels clogged and maybe hurts just because it was messed with. I also think if someone else can do it for you so they can see what exactly They are getting because it is hard to do it yourself

Worked perfectly. Went to the doctor’s office to have the wax from my ears removed when I got home I could tell not all of it was removed. Bought this and removed a lot of additional wax from my ear.

It was a little hard to get the angle the first time, but once you get the hang of using it it works amazing! I had very muffled and blocked ears and it cleared both of them up and I can hear much more clearly now. Definitely recommend if you're someone who gets a good build up.

I’m going to be honest, I kind of had low expectations when I purchased this, I had blocked ear that was driving me mad, I had tried Otex express with no success. When the Syringe arrived I unpacked it and headed straight to the sink. At first nothing happened so I tried again in the morning and boom all the ear wax that was blocking my ear flushed out and I was back in stereo. I do a lot of ultra marathons and use earbud phones to keep me updated of my pace and distance which increases build up so this has been an issue for years. You do need to ensure that the earwax has been softened first and you also need to gently move the tip of the syringe around whilst flushing, but I can hand on heart say it really worked for me. The syringe tip is soft and has drain vents to allow the water to flow out whilst syringing, you get no discomfort. Follow the instructions correctly and you’ll be pleased.
