Phylrich Lever Handle Replacement
Worked great on Phylrich for lever handle that had become frozen due to age.

fit with some modification
The stem I received was different than the one pictured, the broach was much longer and I had to remove about 1/4 of an inch to allow the handle to be close enough to the escutcheon to match the other side. It did work and solved my customers leak.

Not a replacement for Sigma 18.30.029!
Tried putting this into my Sigma Series 350 faucet and like several other reviewers mentioned it's not a perfect fit. It's too tall in two different ways. The first causes the escutcheon to sit high (revealing some brass, pointed at by my red arrow) and the second causes the handle to sit high.I emailed the faucet manufacturer (Sigma) and they offered to send me the OEM part for $10 rather than the $27 I paid for this one that doesn't fit.

It does work! However, we’ve only had it two weeks.
This is a very difficult part to find. Thank goodness it works!

Not a perfect fit
Not an exact fit for the Sigma faucet. Stopped the leak but the escutcheon now sits high.

Ship product with the necessary correct screw.
Product worked as expected and easy to install BUT it was missing the critical screw required to complete installation. Still needs the correct screw.
