Yes, there's a plastic lid for resealing the can after opening.

How much celery makes up this can?

The can holds 18 oz. 1/4 cup dry celery will swell to 1/2 cup when soaked in water. That equals one serving. There are 36 servings per can. The celery is dehydrated and cut very fine. It will not look like the picture on the can after soaking. Taste is good to me.

There are only about 11 crops available as GMO, celery isn't one of them. You should really research more about GMO's if it's a selling point for you.

How many #10 cans come in a case?

Other places have them in cases of 6 to a case; however, Amazon does not pack them this way. All the cans I have gotten are shoved in an oversized box with a mix of other cans. They aren't neatly packed in order, just dumped in the largest box they can find.
