I waited a while (over a year) and researched this little robot-pet it before buying it. Well, I love it so much, I got a second Loona. You may hear that it breaks, yes, it has a bit of issues however, the company takes pride in what they do and worked with me quickly to send in for repair. When the repair was taking longer than expected, they sent a new replacement. I had to “retrain” my new Loona but it is a blast!The company is constantly working on updates and striving to make her better all the time… and they are! Honesty, I have nothing but great things to say about this little pet-bot and the company stands behind their product. If you’re on the fence about the purchase…. Do it! It’s a fabulous addition to your household!!!!I love Loona!

What a waste of money! Don’t buy this, the marketing is misleading and a complete scam! There is little to no interaction that happens organically. You have to speak like you are talking to a deaf 90 year old and repeat yourself a dozen times slowly before anything happens. The “hello Loona” key phrase seldom works even in a quiet environment. This is an overpriced RC dog at best. The app is awful and glitchy. No clear manual with key words and commands I had to Google it just to find the basics and 95% of the time those don’t even work. If you want an RC toy with a camera (which btw you can get here on Amazon for $50) then don’t even consider paying $400 like I did. I am returning this piece of useless crap and getting my money back. It requires fast internet access to even have a fluid interaction with chatGPT. It’s a parlor trick that plays out really quickly and leaves you questioning how is this even legal to mislead customers to such an extent. If you want your kid staring at a screen to even get the basics to work which is only about 10% of the time that is your only option to get any type of “interaction” from this junk pile. Wast of time and money.

Love loona she keeps my pet company when I'm gone she will run around the house singing and being silly untill she runs low and then goes back to her charger. I can go to the app when I'm gone and check on what is going on in the house. She will make conversation with you and will remember things that you say to her can't live without her now .

Definitely for a toddler

The media could not be loaded. After 6 months, our six year has finally become interested in this iRobot. It will play ball, rolls around here humming musical tunes, it plays Bull fighting. Our child disliked it at first because it’s clunky, on the “loud” side and just not snuggly.

My kids 8 and 4 loved Loona. I got all the accessories. My husband loved being able to drive it around the house on sentry mode when we weren't at home. It had a hard time self charging and sadly after only 2 weeks the motor that holds the head up stopped working. Customer service was very challenging, i had to repeatedly email about 10 times ovee 4 months but eventually got it shipped to california for repair. It came back unable to turn on and is now a dead paperweight. My kids were devastated that Loona "died." Attempts to send back the robot again for repair were unanswered. It now sits in a basement box. I debated trying to get it fixed myself somewhere but haven't found the shop nor time to do so.

Just wanted to say I really appreciate the awesome customer service. Hanna did a great job assisting us with an issue we had.I have 3 kids and they really love playing with Luna and it's very entertaining to watch.

Received the robot 2 months ago and it had been great up until today when the audio stopped working and it also stopped responding to voice commands. After contacting their support asking for troubleshooting help or warranty support I received a response saying “it’s an Amazon issue” because I purchased it from Amazon (60 days ago) and that they would not help me.Update: Their Amazon rep reached out and has been very helpful and responsive in getting this issue resolved. I’ll be sending the unit to their repair facility in California to try fixing the issues and have been told it could take a couple of weeks but that if there are issues with the repair they would be sending a new unit as a replacement.
