This books supposed to be very helpful. Love the insights I am getting while completing the exercises. You should definitely read the original book to better understand the dopamine issue.

I got the book that goes with this , from one of my Doctor's as a gift. She mentioned there is a book that goes along with this.... I have yet to use this, but I know there will be some useful information and "homework" once I finally get the book finished.
