That this is a horrible product ....I gave it as a present to somebody and was v embarrassed wen she said it's not working ....she put Sim and charged it but still it refused to work from the very first day ....Amazon pls discontinue this product ....

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the product I received today, July 28, 2025. The mobile device's call history displays a list of calls from the past two months. This has resulted in a very unsatisfactory experience. I am left wondering how I can trust this shopping experience.(Amazon)

It is smoother to operate than other flip phones. Various features at such a low cost. Doesn't take long to respond within any feature. Very easy on the eyes too, eco-friendly, vision-friendly, environmentally safer, fits in.Very satisfied! Gift for maternal grandmother.

Sim not working in phone
The phone is really cute and nice. But when I insert the SIM card. It’s still shows that “no SIM card inserted”. Please insert SIM card. I converted the SIM card into 2g as well. Still SIM card not working
