Thymes Cologne, Lavender, 1.75-Ounce Bottle

I just ordered two more bottles of this delightful cologne. I've been wearing it exclusively for several years and never tire of it. There are other lavender scented products on the market, but none comes close to the pleasing scent of the Thymes lavender.There are some other ingredients in it that make it unique. Many times when I am wearing it, other women, who are close enough to me to be able to smell it, comment on how nice it is and want to know what it is. That's not to say that the scent is overpowering in any sense; indeed, the scent is quite subtle. I hate over or undertones of musk, and this, as far as I know, has no musk in it. It was given to me as a gift one time, and I immediately fell in love wth it. I try smelling other colognes/perfumes, and sopme of them are okay, but I always come back to the Thymes Lavender as my favorite! I only wish that the company would make a powder in this scent, to be used primarily during hot weather. Be that as it may, to me, this is THE best scent there is.

Not overpowering scent at all. My husband typically does not like lavender as it reminds him of his grandmother, but this scent does not offend him at all. Lavender naturally repels insects so I'm hoping to test this scent this spring and summer. I enjoy the scent very much. More importantly, my hubby actually likes the scent as well so let's hope the insects get repelled by it. Last, but not least, I usually get migraines from wearing colognes and perfumes, but this one does not trigger any. I have worn this on several occasions and have not suffered at all so I'm very pleased.

I'll start off by saying that I am well aware of what 'real' lavender smells like and this product does not even come close. It was a horribly overpowering unnatural scent. When I attempted to return the product, I found out that returns were not allowed 'due to the nature of the product' - though this is something that was NOT stated in the product description when I purchased it. I'd say save your money and do not take the chance on this - as you will not be able to return it.

I have always enjoyed the fragrances of "Thymes" products; however, I finally purchased the lavender cologne that did not have the best lavender aromatic that I had expected. That is why I am only rating it a two! I plan to continue to purchase Caswell Massey, lavender, cologne products in the future.

Smells nice, not much like actual lavender. Smells like men's cologne.

It arrived in a crushed box and damp .But the product was great

There are many types of lavender, and this spray is a perfect blend of real lavender. One reviewer have it 1 star and said it didn't smell like lavender at all. That must be based on either a faulty olfactory sense, or limited knowledge of what real lavender smells like. This is, by far, one of the best I've ever bought, and I've been buying it for years.

LOVELY smell of Lavender for a man. It IS a flowery smell and a rather strong one - so if you are that Polo or Drakar Noir guy - this is not for you. If you want a light day or evening scent that is fragrant and flowery - this is a GREAT lavender for you. I bought this for my husband and he loves it and it smells great on him. It stays fragrant for hours but is loses that immediate flowery smell and settles in nicely.
