Great unit and kit. The system set up easily and works well so far. If you want to use a wired siren be sure to wire it in before you snap the panel into it's wall hanger, it's a pain to realize you didn't hook up the wired speakers there after and take the panel back off to put in the wired siren.Great looks and user interface. The Hardwire 16 we used to takeover the hard wire conditioned also set up nicely.Wish the Alarm.com account was more user intuitive, but I figured it out with having to get another service to get the account.Only complaint so far is the lack of a Z-Wave or other wireless unit that can run a hard wired speaker. With we didn't have to hook it into the main panel.

The unit will not power on. Tech support is only available for authorized installers. I’m sending it back. Too bad. Seems to be a good concept but they blew it.

Panel concept is good but it’s bug-gy and not an installer class product. Also, I doubt it will hold up as well as my old DMP panel. It’s already popped open once. Z-Wave and photo panel are real finicky to set up. Either get a REAL alarm panel or put a Ring or Nest system and get it monitored. It would be about as good as this thing. BTW, I had mine installed by a Pro.

Great product. I have been using this for over a year (as of June 2019). It was easy to install in my RV. I added solar panels to keep the RV battery charged, which in turn powers the panel. I also subscribed to alarm.com so that I can monitor the alarm remotely. I can also remotely adjust the Z-Wave thermostat that I installed (turn on the heat or A/C remotely). My only complaints are the spring-loaded wire clip connections don’t work well with solid core wire (will remedy with stranded wire). And the adhesive tape on the sensors don’t hold up over time. Other than that it has been a pretty reliable system.
