I finally got to have good fish and onion rings!!!
Used this to make fried fish and onion rings and was very happy with the results! Even my gluten eating husband said it was good, now that saying something for a GF product!! 10/10 Only side note I have is use thinner batter for fish and thicker batter for onion rings as a thinner batter will fall of the onion rings

Tastes amazing!
This fish batter is amazing. You would never think it’s gluten free. We love it better than all other batters we have used. A little pricey but my daughter is gluten free and this works great.

Quick and delicious
Delicious batter. We just had this for dinner a week ago and the kids are already asking to have it again. Which is great because its such a simple meal. Fried cod, air fried frozen French fries, and a bag of peas. I dumped the leftover batter in the oil and even made crispies like long john silvers. Im ordering 2 bags this time because this will be a go-to weeknight dinner!

For gluten-free this is really good taste wise. I would say five star. However, in the deep fryer, it did make the oil boil over and made a mess. Seems like it was the batter but taste was amazing. Maybe just less oil.

Great Batter Mix!
I bought this for frying fish for my family. My daughter was going dairy and gluten free, so I bought this. Works great with mixing with water and dropping the battered fish into olive or avocado oil. Better than restaurant fried fish and chips.
