My chain saw arrived in its storage case with the saw and tools flopping around in the case. Is this the way it’s supposed to be?

My saw arrived with the outer case sealed in plastic and the tools inside sealed in bubble wrap and plastic.

I did not receive the oil in my case

In my package was a very small vial of clear liquid, maybe one ounce, which I assume to be oil. Vegetable oil or chainsaw oil, I don't know which. and I do not understand what oil to use when the vial becomes empty (none is prescribed). Instructions say use vegetable oil if trimming fruit trees, because mineral oil might damage the trees. So I assume vegetable oil is ok and I'll just use that.

How long does it take to Charge

I don't know. I used it during the day and charged it over night. The way I was using it I only got about 30 - 45 min use out of it but that was all I could handle.
