Stylish and works great
Pretty-stylish, and required no set-up. You just insert the 2xAAA batteries into each handset, plug them into the mains and your conventional landline and away you go. The handsets seem to last a while on standby and you can talk for plenty of time too. Sound quality's at least as good as you'd get from any other cordless phone. Some reviews criticise the volume. Read the instructions and even if your hearing has been ruined by too much Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, you'll still be able to crank these up enough to drown out the tinnitus. Selection of ring-tones is a little annoying and pointless. I just opted for the lowest-pitched conventional "ring-ring" I could find. A lot of the tunes are a bit naff. You can also set the ring-tone volume. Navigation of the menus is a little bit of a pain unless you grew up in the 80s and 90s and taught your parents how to program your Ferguson Videostar VHS so they could tape Treasure Hunt. In which case you'll operate them just fine. I note that iDECT is actually a brand of Binatone, which I quite like, as they've been at the phone game for a good while - I seem to remember us having a Binatone cordless handset in the late 80s.

Not bad at all!
Stylish, comfortable in the hand. Not particularly user friendly I have to refer to the manual also we hardly use it but the battery runs flat quickly but easily charged. So all in all good value for money. Would recommend.

IDECT Phones
These phones are really nice, the only downside id the ring tones, there's about 10 to choose from and not 1 of them are really that good, plus really quite when they ring!, but talking quality is really nice.

Does the job, with a retro aesthetic
We don’t use the house phone often, but we keep one just in case elderly relatives call. The old one had packed in so I ordered this retro looking replacement. Menus take some getting your head around (very old Nokia like). Does this strange thing where when you pick it off the receiver you then have to accept the call. Also bleeps randomly every few weeks. Just the one bleep. But every few weeks. Other than that it does the job

5 STAR!
Ordered these twin-pack phones for my parents, as the old landline phones were deteriorating which made hearing callers hard etc .They seem happy with the phones, but my dad would have liked more ringtones, but tough luck for him!Overall, these are great telephones. I recommend these to people considering purchasing them.

Short ring time & bad signal
We brought these phones for their sleek design, but the quality and functionality of the phones is terrible. The phone only rings three times and then goes through to answer machine, no option to change this, so you never make the incoming call. The ring tones are old fashioned and the sound quality is awful. Avoid
