New lease on Outdoor lifestyle
I have used a Cpap Machine for nearly 15 years now... I am an avid hunter and outdoorsman from North West Montana... This lifestyle always posed a problem for me and my relationship with my Cpap... I say relationship because that machine and I have spent nearly every night together for a a decade and a half and when you spend that much time together you notice when it's not there...Everytime I went camping I was without my Cpap and that affected my sleep and how I felt, especially if I was out in the woods more than Two or Three days...This cord not only worked perfectly with my Cpap it gave me a new lease on my life outdoors... I now am able to do what I love and not sacrifice my health and well being while doing it...Great product, worth every penny...One piece of advice, Do your research and make sure you get the right cord for your device... A little research and time will save you a huge headache.Look up your exact model of your machine to get the right cord...

Very nice
This is exactly what I was looking for, to use with my system one BiPap. Arrived quickly in a sealed bag complete with phillips respironics book. Fit my machine perfectly, would recommend. For those who might be interested, I bought this to use with my new goal zero portable power bank (they refer to them as generators) and it works great. I can now run my BiPap using the dc plug, which is much more efficient then using the ac cord (which uses more power, because is uses the internal inverter on the goal zero battery). I am no longer stressed about future power outages.

Expensive, but good quality and function
Made from quality materials and works as designed. The cigarettes lighter end contains a fuse, and two extra fuses are provided. Perfect for use in car, RV, camper, or anywhere with a 12v accessory outlet. My only complaint is the price; it seems anything with the Resporonics name on it costs far more than its component parts would suggest. Unfortunately, I was unable to source this particular barrel connector elsewhere for a DIY build, so was forced to pay the premium for this part.

Worked perfectly for a System One Remstar Plus C-flex 60 series 260P
This cord worked perfectly. Plugged into a Jackery 12V socket and zero issues. Uses less power from a battery pack than going through the AC adapter transformer.

Helps me sleep at night
When I decided to move out of a house, quit the 9-5, and move into a school bus, some people thought I was crazy. What I thought was: "Am I going to be able to sleep?" Using a CPAP can be a bit difficult when living in a school bus. However, I hooked up 12v DC power all throughout the bus, and this power cord did the job. It works wonderfully. Now I can breathe freely in more ways than one.

... Battery Power Bank over the weekend and it worked fine. I was surprised at how heavy the cord ...
I tested this with my Phillips Respironics CPAP and the Aomaso 42000mAh Portable Charger All-purpose External Battery Power Bank over the weekend and it worked fine. I was surprised at how heavy the cord was but all worked well. I have not tested extended use yet. I will on a trip in 2 weeks.

I'm free!
I can finally camp and travel whenever I want. I took my cpap with when driving cross country. We drove non-stop, trading off driving and sleeping. I could have never been able to sleep w/o my cpap and w/o being able to sleep could have never been rested enough to drive. This little item has come in very handy in freeing me to do and to live as I like.I also bought a 12v extension cord off of Amazon and that has allowed me to run my cpap off the vehicle while tent camping. For those who may have questions about this: no, it did not drain the battery. I didn't use the humidifier attachment in my cpap. The cpap alone has a very low draw. Again, this little power cord cord combo allows me to bring adventure back into my life.
