I was apprehensive, buying from a vendor with zero reviews. However, the item arrived as described and within the delivery window. Only 4 stars because the item was never available for tracking, and the delivery period was very long (almost 4 weeks). Still, item arrived and is perfectly nice.

I bought the 350 gram paneer press. It did arrive much sooner than expected, which I was happy about. The paneer press is very well made and easy to use. I made my usual recipe with six cups of whole milk and 2 T. vinegar. When it was ready, I set the paneer press in the bottom of a large, flat colander and carefully poured in the paneer. The whey drained out very quickly. I rinsed it with ice water and then applied the press part (top). After I pressed a lot of the liquid out using just my hands, I was able to set two large cans of food on top of the press. I left it for about an hour. It turned out beautifully! It came out of the press very easily and looked very nice. When I cut it into squares, it looked very professional. I think there is enough room in the 350 gram press for another half recipe of the paneer I make. I would buy this again and recommend it to anyone who loves Indian food.

The paneer press seems to be well made but we are unhappy that the top portion leaves a large gap which makes it hard to get even pressure on the paneer. Will reach out to seller to see if this is a defect or expected.

For the quality of the product, it seems overpriced at $19.99. The steel quality is very flimsy and it seems it may bend with even a small pressure.
