Speedy dispatch and works perfect

I bought this product no more than 3 months ago and already it stopped working. What's the point in a product if it doesn't work. Ideally I'd like a refund.

Charging cables get a lot of abuse. They constantly plugged and unplugged, pulled and twisted. So getting hold of a good quality spare or replacement is always useful.The cable is red in design with white terminations. The insulation is good quality and feels strong. While there are no obvious strain reliefs the terminations offer reasonable support. Charging works fine. It is rated at 65w. It tried it with a 45w and 65w device and it worked fine. My main issue is the limitations on the data side. The cable is only rated upto 480mpbs. This should be fine for most mobiles but other devices it will be limiting.A good quality cable with data limitations.

Bought for my son who wanted super quick charger

I struggle with cables and have gone through many with my most recent OnePlus model. This is the first cable I have received that did not come with the original OnePlus packaging that charges my phone in the same way. The cable allows "Warp Charge" - the fastest charge speed, which no other has done. The cable feels fell-made and there are no loose wires or cracking, cheap plastic etc. A longer length would have been appreciated but this is the standard length as with the original, so I can't expect significant changes.Overall, great cable that has done the job I needed it to and even exceeded my expectations for my phone model. Happy customer.
