Very happy with great fire.

Amazing
Dubious at first given the price, but it's a quality piece of kit. The remote control is cheap and nasty and will fail, but the controls are available on the fire itself, so limited risk.

No Customer Support
The fire developed a squeaking noise a few weeks after it was installed. There is no way to contact the manufacturer to arrange a repair. Amazon offered a refund on return but having paid to have it installed and built in this is not a great option. It is so noisy that it can’t be used.
