Takes a full charge but will not pump water. Sounds like it's lost prime, but I have no idea how to prime it. I had such hope it would work. Received it a day before we left for Europe. We won't be back until after the return expiration date, so I'm stuck with a piece of plastic which hums nicely, but doesn't do anything.

I really liked the products design, the functionality and portability makes its quite unique. The product was received timely. The only disappointment so far is that the extra dental tools were not included, this was also noted in another customers review comments. I felt a little misleaded in that regard and this maybe something to consider in the product listing if it's not part of package and pricing. If it was an oversight I'd be glad to receive the missing items. Thanks

Great flosser. It is strong and actually better than the last one. However, today it died. I suspect that hard water has something to do with it. but overall, for 5 months the price is not bad. I travel all the time, so a base station type doesn't work.A little disappointed. I'd hoped to get a year out of it. This is my third different one. every one seems to last about 5-6 months.But, if you plan for that, it's a great one.

This is a great travel size and appears to be built well. The force of the water is not the same as a big size but it does the job and that's what counts. Its easy to use and compact. It has a USB connection which is fine as you can always use the electrical connection of your phone charger. I received it in a timely manner and was packaged well.

The idea of a portable travel water dental flosser was a great idea. However, this one was defective and the water would only spit and sputter. It did not have enough pressure to make it work. Very disappointed as I was hoping to take it on a trip. I returned it.

I bought this for my sister who has Down Syndrome. She has a really difficult time flossing with regular floss so I thought I would try this. So far, so good. It is easy enough for her to use which is a huge plus for us. I guess the proof will be at her next cleaning. I will update my review after her next appointment.

I really like this flosser. It's plastic but I was very impressed with the quality and the way everything fit together with such precision. It's powerful without being painful to use. You really don't need a toothbrush after this. Uses a USB charger which is not supplied but comes with the required cable.
