Only under medical supervision
This is a very strong probiotic and I don't doubt its very useful and the right product for a lot of people but it is not for everyone. It is potent and should be taken only after speaking to a medical practitioner. We bought this for our son but it caused a whole load of different problems as it consists of 7 different strains and all of them don't work for everyone.

This probiotic just saved me, believe me. I suffer of IBS for years with nausea, diarrhea, belly ache every morning, making every my day a nightmare, feeling all day discomfort; this probiotic just works, I usually take one sachet every day, before dinner, just he first 20 days per month, then stop until the next month, to not overload. It's expensive, I know, but a little bit less compared to VSL#3 and it's exactly the same. I want to say also that this probiotic it's not the complete solution to IBS as any other probiotic but believe me it can makes a huge difference in your life; now I just have some sporadic belly ache but I can enjoy my life, travel, go out and don't be worried about the presence or not of toilets. If you're suffering from IBS give it a try, I personally tried every type of probiotic and just this one (or the equivalent VSL#3) is working. Don't be concerned about the delivery, this probiotic can stay outside fridge until an entire week without losing its efficacy!

Great Probiotic
A dietitian recommended this to me and I have been really impressed. My stomach isn't bloating as much and is much more settled. I am feeling great and can only put it down to this product. Very impressed.
