Q: Is there a manual available? i am attaching the rich solar 200w panel. how far from the end of the panel should the bracket be attached?

There are no manuals that come with this product. I had to look at the picture in Amazon to figure it out. However, it's quite easy. Don't forget to install the foot pads, and you may find that the screws that come with it could be a bit too long. Always use Stainless screws. Panels that are about 3ft x 6ft usually come with holes in the frame. If yours doesn't, calculate placing your mounts at about 1ft from the edges lengthwise.

Q: Will this work with the rich solar 190w panels on roof of rv? concerned about weight of panels with this unit while traveling.

Q: the mounting bolts included are 5/16. holes in 200W panels are1/4. is it ok to drill out the holes on the panel or should i downsize to 1/4 bolts?

If you have a small panel and there's not a lot of room for expanding the holes, you may be better off by purchasing 1/4 screws. Make sure they are stainless steel. My panel was 6'x3' and the holes that came with it were just fine.
