Gtech Multi Hand-held Vacuum Cleaner Mk.1 - Cordless Lithium Powered, hand held edge hoovering

Very handy for sucking up crumbs and bits here and there. Excellent for renovating the inside of the car and battery last quite well. The rubbish bin is easy to empty but messy and the filter needs to be thoroughly brushed off and washed at regular intervals. Ladies love it, not too heavy.

I bought this machine in good faith from Amazon who ,of course, supplied it via a subsidiary seller. It broke down 3 weeks ago, well in its warranty. When I contacted VTech they diagnosed the fault via the phone call , but refused to honour the warranty citing that Amazon used an invalid seller and invalidated the warranty! The subcontractor refuses to honour the warranty. I have taken this up with Amazon but after 3 weeks they have still not responded. One of their telephone operators tells me that they only honour warranties fo one year even if it is longer (in this case 2 years)DO NOT BUY ANY VTECK PRODUCTS FROM AMAZON. If you buy from any other source , first ensure that they will honour the warranty.

I thought there would have been another part as advertised on tv, but I never recieved it, on the whole though a cracking little hoover, it would have been better if there was a lock as it hurts your hand pressing the button whilst hoovering

Excellent vacuum cleaner, works very well. Only one problem is that the indicator lights to show when needing to be charged and when charged do not work. This doesn't stop it working and I just charge it when it stops working and after a resonable time it functions again perfectly.

Very light to hold, Good length of battery charge time.Unfortunately when I went to register my cleaner to enable me to have the 2 year warranty with GTECH.GTECH would not accept it because I had not purchased it through them or Argos.Beware they will not give you the warranty.

Not overly impressed with this product. I bought it to hoover the stairs, but have to go over them again with a cloth to remove pet hairs.

I have had this piece of equipment for about one month and the battery is completely flat and I am unable to recharge it! I have contacted the seller through the telephone number given on the base of the battery and although they took my details over the phone they have failed to come back to me. I WOULD NOT BUY GTECH EQUIPMENT EVER AGAIN. The Seller was First-Stops Trading Ltd. (I don't suppose that this review will ever see the light of day, but I had to write it anyway!).

The first device arrived very quickly but the battery didn't quite fit securely in the housing, contacted customer service and got 5 star response and back up al the way, replacement arrived today, 3 working days from letting them knowctherecwascabproblem and it is perfect. I now have the full set and they are so easy to use and the efficiency is just as promised. Lovely and lightweight excellent suctiion good range of tools dog and cat hair don't stand a chance 😊
