ESTON Compatible Ink Cartridge Replacement for Lexmark 100XL 100 XL High Yield for Lexmark Impact S305 Pinnacle Pro901 (1Black 1Cyan 1Magenta 1Yellow , 4-Pack)

The first order arrived on 3/18/19 and had to reorder due to low ink on CYAN 5/3/19..less than two months. Did not print much of anything to warrant having to reorder cartridges so quickly. The cyan was out on 5/3 and on today, 5/6, the other two ie; yellow and magenta cartridges came up as very low ink...Did not get any message yet regarding the Black ink. Giving it another shot due to low price of $10.50 Did not print much so, ink should not run out so quickly. No ink second time. Black cartridge does not fit printer...there is a notch at the top which prevents the insertion of the cartridge...

Edit: I gave another star because of the customer service. They were prompt with responding and once they understood the situation they offered a refund. I think with a little better QC I may be persuaded to try again. Hopefully I can find ones that fit so I'm not lining Lexmark's pockets.Original review: I have never written a one-star review, but here we are. The cartridges did not fit my printer. My model was listed as compatible. The Black fit OK, but the colors were too small and kept popping out. Since they are inexpensive I tried putting masking tape over the areas that snap in to build it out a bit and snug it up. It worked-sort of. They did stay in while everything was still. Problem is as the printer head moved one would pop up and the head would jam. I'm not willing to risk damage to my printer so they're going back.

I blame the printer companies for making printers obsolete by ceasing production of ink cartridges and requiring the consumer to purchase new printers. Is it not enough to charge the obscene prices for ink to keep the printer relevant? Ink cartridges that are refilled just do not work on regular basis, if at all. Just like spam calls on your cell phone people should talk to their law makers about this travesty. I'm taking my Lexmark for a long drive just like that scene from the movie Office Space!!! Where's my bat!

All of the Inks work great and I have no problems with them as long as I use printer at lease once a week, "print test page." If not used in a month and a half, my printer read ink level at last use, but it was hard to say if they were empty or not, some inks worked good but others did not. Took head out and cleaned it with head cleaner, some colors worked great but not all. Just ordered more ink and everything is working good again, remember - Print test page at lease once a week if not used that much!!!

Update: This last order was trash— the ink was reading low by my printer, the color wasn’t vibrant as it use to be. I thought this would be my go too ink, now I’m looking for another brandSo, far the ink is pretty spot on and the colors come out beautifully on my transfer paper. I did notice if you have a little of a paper jam (which this is probably most ink) you do get a great deal of ink smudge. Otherwise, this is a great product for the price. I actually, ordered it a 2nd time and will more than likely put it on my re-order list.

I first thought that I was already running out of ink and I hadn't printed or copied many pages but what happened was I didn't add the other colors and they made the difference. Still printing, switched to black printing not colored for now.Not a back deal for what the average cost of ink is. If your not going to be using it too often it's perfect..

Plain and simple junk. Printed about 10 pages had low ink on black cartridge. I replaced with second cartridge. Got about 5 pages. (not even full pages just shipping labels) Thought it may be my print head ran cleaning. No black ink at all. Plus colors showed low as well.************************Do not buy*****************************

finally my printer is operational again. everything seems to be working great.

One of the cyan ink cartridges was not compatible with my printer. The printer would not recognize it. The other colours worked perfect! Just wondering if I could get a cyan so my printer will function, as it does not work without all full ink cartridges. Thank you!
