Not easy to install for attic gable fan, but they do work
First thing to know is that you need 4 things to make this system work. You need these bushings, you need the sorbathane washers (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0042UBWCE/), you need 1" fender washers with 1/4" holes and you need 1/4" lag bolts at least 1-1/4" long. The product will not work otherwise. If it is not obvious how the bushing and the rubber washer and fender washers go together, then you are best off not trying to install this. Also, if the mounting holes in your attic fan are not already 1/2" , it gets tricky to drill them out of the existing holes in the sheet metal. I had to build a jig to help me drill the holes out, otherwise the drill bit will just catch and spin the drill around in your hand and lacerate your hand when it gets cut on the other sheet metal parts. Which is really fun when you are already sweating like a pig in your attic and you can barely think.I used one set of bushings/washers for each tab of the fan mount, or 4 per fan. I've got 4 left over. DM if you want to buy them. After all the work to install these (it took me 2 weekend days to fix 2 fans), the fans are indeed much quieter and don't rattle the whole house. I am not sure it was worth all the trouble, and these parts are way overkill for this project. These rubber parts are clearly a high tech material that is expensive and probably more suited for government funded NASA projects than a simple attic fan. Knowing now what was involved, I would have not used them. But I was stubborn and got them mounted in my hot attic and I am proud they are in.

Effective shock mount bushing
I bought these bushings to use on a home-built camcorder mount for my bicycle. Never finished the bike mount, because I got sidetracked making a webcam mount to do a time-lapse recording of our trip through the Panama Canal. You can see the resulting video on YouTube [...]. The video contains a shot of the webcam mount. The Sorbothane material used in the IsolateIt products feels like the semi-hardened Jello that you often find at the bottom of the bowl. It seems to be a very effective shock absorber.

Super squishy
Would have been better off ordering a bag of hot gummy bears, not worth the money

Good product, but think about how to install them before buying them.
They work great, but it would be helpful to know how best to use them. You bolt through them, and isolate the load from them, but it took some imagination to figure out how.

vibration supression?
This does not come with any instructions. I could not use the product. Amazon did refund the money back and told me to keep the product. If used right, I think it may work, but mounting a gable fan to a board, it did not work.

Isolators installed easily and isolated the fan vibrations
Isolators installed easily and isolated the fan vibrations. I recommend washers under the bolt or screw head, if the large diameter is between the the Fan and house structure.

GOOD ISOLATION - INSTALLTION CAN BE TRICKY
Time will tell. These pads are very soft - as they should be, but, they do tear easily during installation so, be careful. I used them to isolate the attachment legs on two attic fans I just installed but, have not powered them on to see how well these isolate for vibration. I suspect they will do fine. They are pricey so, they had better work! I do recommend purchasing counterpart washers for these isolation bushings (part # 0510001). I also highly recommend the purchase and use of fender washers available at your local hardware store and use between the screw and the sorbothane washer, otherwise, your screw will tear up the washer and bushing and not hold. It would have been nice for Isolate It to provide these instructions and even nicer had they provided the metal washers with a recommendation on how tight to make the fit - too much and no isolation, too little and the fan will wobble all over the place. Anyway, nice product but, requires some thought for proper installation.
