I was a little sceptical when I first bought the LA15. And was disappointed and irritated when they wanted to charge extra for the installation especially when the ad said free installation in my city. Since I already bought it and had a carpenter at the site, I decided to give it a try. When I asked on WhatsApp for an installation video, they asked for the invoice copy to register for warranty after which they shared the video. It was not working after installation and I texted the CC asking them to call me since the carpenter was waiting. They called back in about 20 minutes and all that was needed was a simple reset by pressing a button. The CC is very helpful and responsive with an average response time of 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend this if you are looking for something cheaper and don't need a whole bunch of ways to operate it.

The main purpose of these device for what i bought it is to unlock it from first floor so you do not need to take stairs again and again when guests comes in, but the blutooth only works when you ar very near to the gate at ground floor, wastage for me, what will i do with finger print, anyday i have key

Good lock a little flimsy but works good enough

I appreciated the product, which is very secure, and the battery life is excellent. Installation may be somewhat challenging; however, a basic-level carpenter can easily handle it. It is also very easy to operate.
