I'm so glad I found these! I am an active, adventurous type 1 diabetic and I love that these are so shelf stable in all conditions. They don't freeze in the cold or melt in the heat. The foil package protects the powder from moisture, so they are safe in the rain or my sweaty pockets. I keep a few packets in my motorcycle saddlebags year round, in my hydration pack for hiking, in my truck, and in my pocket while I'm at work as an EMT. They raise my blood sugars quickly without spiking and last a surprisingly long time. They are a bit pricey, but I'll keep paying it for the convenience it provides.

Expensive but get the job done and don’t take up too much space in a bag. Definitely a choking hazards when I’m really low. Basically powdered glucose tabs.
