Large fits perfect. Love color!

Very light weight fabric
The fabric is very light weight, which I wasn't expecting as I have an older set in the same style yet it's much thicker. Karen Neuburger isn't the same company it used to be and their current products reflect that. The pajamas are still very nice but run a bit on the larger size. If you are looking for cute, lightweight pajamas, these are very nice.

The fabric is not soft - very scratchy. Returning! I had an horrible Amazon customer service experience too!
