Used it to drag my 1000 pound empty hot tub off my deck and back on once the new Trex was installed. No issues dragging it off the deck. Struggled to pull it back up after Trex was installed and the wench maxed out several times due to angle and weight. Used some airbags to help angle up the hot tub and reduce angle to help the wench pull it back on. Would buy a bigger max weight one if had to do it over. Easy to use. Remote helped one person removal of hot tub.

The up and down triggers on the unit it self are right next to each other and hard to actuate manually , especially with gloves on, the remote works only with line of sight with the sensor on top by the handle, the cable started to fray after a couple dozen uses, and the cord is starting to crack, I’d buy a warn winch next time.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this glass Rinser to install in my kitchen sink it is beautifully made and feels extremely good in the hand. It’s construction is stainless steel and has a mirror polish it really is beautiful like I said it has an awesome weight to it that makes it feel extremely premium. The valve itself is put together nicely with all stainless steel components. It has four holes that allow water to spray up into your glass of choice and do an awesome job of rinsing it for cleaning or rinsing it before you put an ice cold beverage in it. I really recommend this rinse her I think it represents extremely good value for money.

I bought this winch a year and a half ago, used it less than 10 times and the last time I went to use it, it wouldn't work. I have no contact information for customer service so have no idea how to troubleshoot.

Good look. Made of real metal. Would be good if it included the connections to the water line.I am returning because I need a Brushed Nickel finish not SS.

This product is very heavy and appears to be well made. Sadly I couldn't get any satisfactory help from the company. They sent a video from Delta Brand which was not the same. I attempted to ask specific question and given same prepared answer as is in the Amazon description. I really wanted to use this but returning and purchasing a Delta Brand as they were very helpful when I phoned them.

I use it in the garage and in the barn for items heavier than 75pounds, mostly with tractor parts. Well worth the money.
