This water heater is working great so far. I’ve had it on about a month with no issues. Makes the water very hot but it’s adjustable so it’s not too hot. Only complaint is the instructions are just about worthless so you’ll need to know basic plumbing skills.

This 4 gallon heater is decent. It is lightweight and "easy" to install (more on that in a second). The controls are basic, yet functional in that it is just a simple knob to adjust your holding temperature. I installed this under our kitchen sink as a stopgap means of hot water until we are able to get our busted hot water feed repaired. It provides serviceable hot-ish water for several minutes and once exhausted only takes 10-20 minutes (depending on the temp of the entering cold water) to heat back up the entire supply.Now, I will say that while it is easy to install, the brass PRV or relief valve that is included with the heater seems to be a different thread than the female connection on the heater. The female connection seems like it is straight cut while brass valve seems like a taper. Given that the teflon tape they provide is so thin, it is doubtful you will get a good seal ( I didn't) even if you use the entire roll. You could use a better quality (i.e. thicker) tape, but I skipped that ended up using some pipe dope I already had on hand and that has worked fine so far.Overall, good heater, but the relief valve provided may leak without a better means to seal.

We have an inflatable hot tub that isn't always in use, and when we want to fill it up, it takes hours if we depend solely on our regular water heater. This solved that issue giving us real, on-time hot water to supplement current capacities, cutting the wait time in half. I am also using it in the she-shed, where the cold water plays havoc on my hands. I need hot water on the spot, without more plumbing! The setup is easy enough to make quick changes. I am so happy that we didn't need to install any additional pipes. The hot water is indeed HOT and almost instantly heated. It has a small body and footprint, easily going under existing cabinetry.

This heater was installed by a professional Plummer and all he said was this heater is junk takes a really long time to heater and it doesn’t get passed 74f and after few seconds it gets cold again then you have to wait for it to heater up again I do not recommend this under any circumstances you might as well don’t buy one

The unit has lots of nice features. while setting up the unit for installation, I realized one of my fittings on the top of the tank did not thread well onto the nipple of the tank. It felt like the threads were poorly cut, but they looked fine. I made three attempts to secure my fitting onto that nipple with plenty of Teflon tape and proper tightness. Nothing worked, it continued to leak. I sent it back. I will buy a different brand.

Obviouly has an issue with the thermal shutdown relay (the one I got does, anyhow) - runs like a dream for 15 min then clicks and no more hot water, clicks again in about a minute and then hot as can be again .... After the initial cycle of this, it repeats more and more until it's a contant cycling pattern and no hot water output.Imagine trying to wash dishes with that, then decide on your own. I have a friend who is going to tear into it and find the weak link if he can, i will update as that whole story unfolds - but for now, for seriously short-term use it does work well, so i have to split the stars down the middle

I certainly do like EaSy. This was the easiest water heater install I've ever done - I've done quite a few. I ordered the 4 Gallon 110 volt version for the warehouse bathroom. The case is really sharp and it looks good underneath the pedestal mounted sink - so i didn't even mount it on the wall. It's out of the way, not going anywhere, and I can move it enough for cleaning. Good enough for me - did I mention - I like EasY. All I did was add a couple Tees one on cold, one on outgoing hot (sink & shower), hooked up a couple braided 1/2" hoses, and plugged her in. A red light light came on till water got hot and it switched to a green light. I washed my hands and said, "Boom! done." Yep, I like EaSY!Oh Yeah, she works great. This little water heater has 1/2" male npt connections for water in and out. No adapters are included. The pressure relief valve needs to be installed on the center 1/2" female npt connection. A roll of teflon tape is included. The pressure relief valve can be opened manually to purge air. There's just one control knob which controls the temperature from low to high. At 1500w this really should be on its own circuit.
