Minicraft Models 1:144 Scale NASA Shuttle Building Kit

The main picture on the box is wrong. The Crew entry/exit hatch is on the Port side.The kit comes with extraneous pieces which suggests its just a straight lift from other manufacturers. Minicraft haven't got a Shuttle with Boosters on the current market, but this kit can be a replacement for the Shuttle in Revell's kit (for example) because it has the connectors to the External Tank. Otherwise, if you make a mess when building the Orbiter - as I have done 4 times now. :-( it's an ideal replacement to try again, albeit it far more expensive than it should be.The Styrene itself is of poor quality and requires great care to remove from the sprue, as there is far too much of it. The main fuselage is thin and rather too flexible and should be treated with great care and needs a lot of other model-building gadgets to help you.
