Works perfectly for the Volvo XC90 2024
I bought this with the experience of having it at my truck (f150 2024) so it was super easy to install practically plug and play, for my Wife's Volvo XC90 2024 it was a little more complicated but due that I wad to disassemble the mirror base but good thing is that in the box comes a QR code that directs you to a YouTube video on how to disassemble the mirror base but other that that it was pretty much plug and play so 100% recommended

Works Seamless for 2014 Volvo XC70
Buy with confidence here; this worked a treat to hook up a dashcam up to my 2014 Volvo XC70. Hooked directly up to the harness for the rearview mirror and I was able to hide the converter box inside of the plastic housing. I literally have one wire running out of the rearview mirror to a dashcam. Includes a plastic lever to remove the rearview mirror housing so you don't have to stick a metal screw driver into your headliner and potentially ruining it. Note that you will lose the ability to record parking events when using this this device because power will be fully cutoff from your dashcam unless it has a large battery as part of its feature set (mine does not).

Made install of a dash cam simple!
Before finding this power adapter, I was struggling with getting the hardwire kit for the dash cam to properly power the camera (Volvo's are particular with their wiring). The moment I got this adapter plugged in, the camera fired right up and has not had any issue since!

Fantastic product
I used it for my dash cam. The actual amp rating is higher than in description so it is even better. Small enough to fit inside plastic enclosure around rear view mirror in my xc60 2021.

Iโm very happy with this one. I hooked up a dashcam with no struggle to manage power to this camera. For parking the car in a particular location Iโll use a power bank.
