A good budget bluetooth speaker
Considering its price point of Rs. 1500, this product is quite good. However, there is some distortion at high volumes. The performance is otherwise good and responsive, and it is very easy to use with fast Bluetooth connectivity. Battery backup could me more.

I’m really happy with this Blaupunkt SB 20 Pro 25W Portable Bluetooth Speaker. The sound is loud, clear, and the bass is surprisingly good for such a compact speaker. Bluetooth connectivity is quick and stable, making it easy to use with my phone. The LED lights are a great feature—they look vibrant and make listening to music even more enjoyable. The speaker is lightweight, easy to carry, and offers excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a portable speaker with good sound quality and attractive LED lighting.

Very disappointing warranty and after-sales service
Very disappointing warranty and after-sales serviceI received this speaker in May 2026, and within just a few months, it stopped working properly in August 2026. The speaker started producing very strange noises, and I was unable to use it normally.What is even more disappointing is the warranty and customer-care experience. Their customer support is handled through a WhatsApp number. When you raise a complaint, they simply send replies without providing any proper complaint or ticket number. There is no customer-care email, no proper email communication, and nobody calls you back. The entire warranty process feels extremely unprofessional and unresponsive.I seriously regret purchasing this speaker. Even for a warranty replacement, I was asked to arrange and pay for the courier myself and send the speaker to Delhi, which cost me around ₹300. I simply do not understand why a customer should have to bear the courier cost for a product that has failed within the warranty period.There also do not appear to be adequate service centres or proper after-sales support. In my experience, the warranty offered with this product is practically of very little use.I would strongly suggest potential buyers think twice before purchasing this speaker. Personally, I would rather spend my money on brands such as boAt, which, in my experience, have a much more accessible warranty and customer-support system.I bought this product expecting reasonable quality and after-sales support, but unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience. I regret buying it and would not recommend it to others.

Nice product - as expected from Blaupunkt
Great product - good volume with superb clarity. It has good battery power, once charged it goes for 10-12 hours uninterrupted. Sleek model with all round light display creating a nice atmosphere and mood

Not easy
There is a light button to switch on ,switch colours and off but it takes 10 presses to switch it off. No led letters to show which mode it is on. Good clarity but had to return.
