Tabasco Teriyaki Sauce, 5 Ounce

As with all of the other Tabasco products, this one doesnt disappoint. Its got a nice level of spice to it, but without overpowering the teriyaki flavors. I usually mix it into my homemade sweet and sour sauces, to give them a little extra oomph. I also like a few drops on my eggs. But it's especially great in marinades. I use it with a little brown sugar, some garlic, orange rind and juice, and some vinegar to marinate my pork tenderloins for an hour before cooking. The flavors get all the way into the meat. Yum!

It is a VERY small container, and I ran out of the stuff pretty fast. You might want to try to find this stuff at a traditional store to see if you could get more for your dollar.

I bought this Tabasco variety thinking it was the spicy soy sauce that they make (my mistake.) I was still excited to receive it in the mail, and started making chicken Teryaki that evening. The sauce has a great sweet, and very, very mild spiciness to it. It does taste good... but calling it 'spicy' is a HUGE stretch, it is probably only 10-20% as spicy as regular Tabasco or Sriracha at best.

Mmmm delicious. Tabasco makes the tastiest stuff. A very good Teriyaki Sauce! It has a water like consistency, not a thicker sauce.
