The item was fine, but it contained no instructions in English, therefore I could not set it up.I wasn’t advised of this at the time of purchase.I returned the item with no problem.

Didn't work on our BT line (no dial tone).Philips confirmed the /38 suffix means it's a European model that has different 'innards' so we returned as it just won't work here.UK version should be /05

Not UK compatible
Beautiful phone. However, like the other reviews suggested it comes with no English instructions. The plug is a European 2 pin one and the phone cord doesn’t fit either. Super disappointed that it hasn’t be stated. Will be returning ASAP!
