But it is super tasty with this golden crunch variety and I love that this also helps me on my recent health kick to have more fibre in my diet and this cereal is such an easy way to do this and a very yummy way to do so. The cereal is great and crunchy which I paticularly like in a cereal and hate soggy ones or ones that go soggy the instant it hits milk which this doesn't it keeps its crunch for quite some time so I really like it for that and it keeps it as a winner for me! This tastes more like a luxury popcorn, although it does have quite a lot of fibre in it. I was going to send it back, but thought I would use a few pieces with my standard Allbran fibre. However, the actual cereal box looked smaller than advertised though this could have been a misconception on my part. I guess I did not realize how big 390g would actually be and thought it would be similar to what was in the stores. Nice flavor though.
