I have a Dell Latitude 5521 which I discovered after receiving the charger that it really prefers a 90W charger and higher. I reviewed the models listed and saw 5520 guessing this might cover the 5521 also. While the charger does work, I get an error message while booting the computer warning it may not operate at maximum capacity and will charge slower. Many of the newer Dells seem to require a higher watt charger so be mindful of the wattage. I planned on using this charger as a backup to keep in my backpack so it will work fine to get me by when needed and the battery is low.I don't fault the charger for this error in my assumption. As long as you match up to the exact model number listed or you can confirm your computer only requires a 65 W USB-C connection to operate optimally this should work fine for you.

I have a Dell laptop that I use for work and I like to have a charger that I keep at home and one that I keep in my travel bag. This charger was perfect for my travel bag. It's somewhat slimmer that the other charger I have, and it has a velcro attachment on the cord, which makes wrapping it up and stowing it in my bag much easier. I tested it out yesterday, and I didn't notice any difference in charging capability from my existing charger.

I just needed a spare charger to keep in my computer bag as the one that came with it is used to power the port replicator on my desk. This arrived quickly, like Prime does, was well packaged, and was undamaged. Plugged it in and let it charge my Dell laptop for a couple of hours. No issues, the charger doesn't get warm, and my computer accepted it as if it was OEM. It doesn't feel cheap, as a matter of fact I can find no real difference between it and the OEM charger aside from branding. For sub-$20, this ia great deal if you need a spare. As a side note, this charger will throw a low charging message with my Dell port replicator as that requires 90W, not the 65W. But it works just fine when directly charging the laptop.
