Just started it, but so far no issues

The main compound diosgenin is a precursor to DHEA, sex hormones etc. some studies indicate it can increase free and total testosterone. It did for me. I was testing very low, at 120ng/dl for years. I tried this, and had a blood test. Didnt even stop to think that this would actually have an effect. It did. My testosterone doubled. It was now within the low end of the healthy range. Also, some studies indicate that diosgenin can actually repair testicular damage as well as some antioxidative effects in mitochondria. As far as aesthetics, i do notice some extra muscle size and hardness after a few weeks. Pairing it with creatine and hmb along with a high protein, moderate carb diet, it works.

Wasn’t going to do a review but just in case someone like me who is skeptical about buying things a haven’t tried but this stuff is GREAT. I FEEL GREAT. MY ENERGY IS UP AND FOCUSED. I TIGHTENED UP AND MY STRENGTH IS AWESOME. Will keep buying and doing the directions on how to use.l and cycle. I use a creatine(micronized creatine powder )with the pill. Which I also like..

This will be an overview of the product listed above. I had purchased a bottle of this last year around the same time and followed the directions as stated taking 2 pills every day. I was also taking a few additional supplements and did not notice a marked improvement with this addition. Fast forward to this past month and doing additional research on the compound I decided to give it another go with a different objective in mind. My research into one of the primary components , dicyclopentanone, was limited due to availability of said research. Honestly besides an article and a few forum discussion not much is available. I was also able to determine but can not confirm the amount of the state compound within the blend list as being 10mg per pill. My research indicated that during a clinical trial in animals they administered 1mg/100g of body weight. Doing the math for my bodyweight, I would need to utilize 800mg based on the clinical study. This would require me to take 80 pills per day. If running this supplement for 6 weeks at that dosage I would need to acquire 3360 pills. Each bottle contains 60 pills, so 56 bottles. At $36 a bottle that would equate to $2016. I did not go this route but decided to increase the dosage to a more reasonable amount. I purchased a total of 4 bottles. Two of the regular “Hardcore” and Two of the “Ripped.” The intention was to start with a double dosage of the prescribed amount. I started off the program with no additional supplementation besides my typical pre-workout and creatine (10mg). Following the guidelines, I took one of each type “Ripped and Hardcore” in the AM and another dosage in the PM. My experience with that was positive. I had noticed some physical changes with muscle firmness and density after about a week of use. I have not noticed any improvements in strength however my program is not geared towards strength development. I have noticed improve vascularity and fat loss. There has been no change to my dry morning weight on my scale. I have not taken any measurements at this time. After a couple of weeks of double dosing, I have increased the dosage to 2 pills 3 times a day in an AM/Noon/PM split. I have also added in black currant about a week ago. Results seems to be consistent with the above statement. Strength remains the same but improved physical appearance. My diet is on point and has not changed. I eat keto and do not count macros besides protein with a minimum intake of 180 grams per day. This is my typical diet plan and not a deviation from the norm. A cheat meal was had earlier in the week with no negative or positive affect. My take on this supplement is I believe there is some positive effects occurring as a result of use. However it is limited in my opinion with my current program. It is a reasonably priced supplement, and the brand has been around for a number of years. I believe there is validity in the above-mentioned supplement and would like to see an updated/available amount listed by the company. In today’s industry, companies should be transparent in dosages so that’s a negative on them. Blends are fine but specific dosages should be listed. The company does offer discounts on their direct site which made it easier for me to conduct this experiment. I am not able to send these out to a third party for testing but would be interested if someone could. I also acknowledge that I am not using as recommended which is probably altering results. I have experienced no negative side effects as of this review. I will update upon completion of my personal experiment in June. I have two bottles remaining and will be continuing this current protocol. I would rate this product as 3.5 stars. It delivers some not all “claims”. It's reasonably priced with discounts on their main site. Company has been around for years but still has the product listed with a blend formula dosage so we can’t see the specific mg. Bench marked against other supplements I would say it’s on par with most of the others I have taken (TJ100, Fadogia agrestis, turkesterone, etc.). It is not gear. Hopefully this review will assist others in making an informed decision. Happy lifting.

Excelente producto y excelente vendedor. Con solo el primer frasco noté una mejora en mi fuerza y en mi rendimiento durante los entrenamientos. En mi caso, también sentí que me ayudó con la retención de líquidos, además de sudar más durante el ejercicio. Acompañado de una buena dieta y un entrenamiento constante, empecé a ver buenos resultados. Por eso compré dos frascos más para completar un ciclo de 12 semanas y luego descansar 4 semanas. I can feel more energy at the gym after about 2 weeks and better quality muscles but make sure to eat clean and alot of protein. I recommend taking 1 pill before working out with fish oil and caffeine pill
