Covington Venus Cindersmoke, Fabric by the Yard

Wonderful fabric. I first purchased 4 yards that arrived with what looked like a manufacturer flaw, a hole that went through several layers. I returned and requested a replacement which arrived in excellent condition. I used this fabric to recover my ottoman and pillows to add some warmer colors for Fall. Love the colors in this fabric. Used this fabric to upholster a recycled ottoman to give it an update and to coordinate with the living room furniture and especially the chair this ottoman complements.

This fabric is a beautiful medium weight upholstery fabric. It is dutiable but easy to work with and manipulate. And the colors! The picture is actuate, but I think in person it is more rich and stunning.

I’m pretty sure this is upholstery fabric but I had a tank top made. I haven’t trimmed the bottom fringe (which is sewn to prevent unraveling) since washing. It’s definitely soft enough for clothing. I love it!

I recovered a Lady’s chair cushion with the fabric. It is a beautiful, vibrant pattern. I liked the thickness. I didn’t need to sew, not sure how the quality of for that type of project. Great value for a yard.

Absolutely beautiful. I fell in the with the colors and pattern immediately. Since my room is accented in eucalyptus color, this fabric was perfect. It’s a little tough to work with as the weave unravels fairly easily. It would be best suited with a machine with a serger, which I do not have. But I made it work and I absolutely love it!

Lovely fabric; very fragile to work with because of revealing.
